Farm Information:
On the slopes of Ayuyus Mountain, the Finca Los Santos farm produces high-quality Geisha Honey coffee. The coffee cherries are picked at 23 degrees Brix, cleaned with spring water, and then dry-pulped. The coffee beans are dried under shade for 3-4 days, then open-air dried at a maximum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius for 20-25 days with regular stirring. Once they reach 11.5% humidity, the beans are stored in jute bags with GrainPro. This coffee is not only the result of meticulous techniques but also the dedication and love of the coffee farmers at Finca Los Santos.
