Finca La Reforma was established by Rafael Alvarez L. in 1892 on the slopes of the Santa Ana  Volcano. Now, it is owned by Hermanos Alvarez Diaz,  the fourth generation of this coffee family. This lot comes exclusively from the Kenyan SL28 variety. This exceptional variety coffee plants are grown with the shade tree technique,  meaning they are planted under the shade of taller native trees. The lot has been prepared under high-quality standards set by El  Borbollon mill, which has more than a hundred years of experience growing and exporting coffee. 

This exclusive SL28 lot from Kenya is highlighted and more juicy, soft fruit acidity reminds of soursop, makes this coffee delicate and balance. The flavour is balance and structured with florals aroma like Frangipani flower, buttery sweetness like sweet potato become more pronounced at cold temperature with smoother body texture.
