Bali Banana

This coffee comes from Kintamani, Bali, and is processed using the natural method. The cherries are dried in a closed area for 24 hours on drying beds, then moved to an open area under full sunlight. At night, the coffee is covered with a tarp, sorted, and dried until it reaches a moisture content of 10%. After that, the coffee is rested and hulled. Bali Banana has tasting notes of ripe fruit, such as banana, with a high level of sweetness
