This coffee comes from our Pulosari farm in Pangalengan, West Java, known for its high-quality coffee. The process starts with scheduled organic fertilization to ensure the coffee plants grow optimally. Harvesting is done when the coffee cherries are fully ripe to achieve high sugar content, which supports successful fermentation.

Fermentation is carried out using the Mossto method with hermetically sealed bags to prevent oxygen exposure, enhancing the complexity of flavors. Drying is done carefully on the patio in a single layer to ensure even drying, resulting in a high-quality coffee that delivers a rich and complex flavor, reflecting the uniqueness of Pangalengan.
